When he was three years old, his parents gave him a little plastic guitar that he quickly put on the

At the age of five, he began playing the classical guitar, an instrument he would later say he had chosen for his
curves and its sound.
At the age of fourteen, after winning the Gold Medal unanimously with congratulations from the
jury at the Conservatoire d’Aix en Provence, he became the youngest guitarist ever admitted to Alexandre Lagoya’s class at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.

n 1991 and 1992, he was unanimously awarded two first prizes at the CNSM in Paris (guitar and chamber music). But his happiness is only complete in front of the public to whom he makes discover all the possibilities of the guitar. He performed on the great French and foreign stages. In 1998, he was awarded the “Fondation d’Entreprise Groupe Banque Populaire”. He was awarded the “Découverte Classica” prize in 2001 and the “Révélation Classique” prize by the ADAMI in 2002, and the “Victoire de la Musique Classique” prize in 2004 (category Instrumental Soloist Revelation of the Year).
