Frantz Baronti
Pianist
Frantz Baronti took his first piano lessons at the age of 15 with his mother, a pianist, and then continued his training in several conservatories (Avignon, Marseille, Montpellier, Toulon). He obtained gold medals in various disciplines (piano, chamber music, solfege). During master classes or work sessions, he benefits from the precious advice of musicians such as Hervé Billaut, Olivier Charlier, Nicolaï Lugansky, Marie-Annick Nicolas, Bruno Rigutto… on works from the piano repertoire, but also chamber music. It is in this discipline, which occupies an important place in his life as a musician, that he won the international Premio Citta’ competition in Padua.
He performs in various groups or as a soloist, sometimes in unusual places (Maurice Denis Museum in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Fleury Museum in Lodève, Villa Noailles in Hyères), or even incongruous places (the beach at Ayguade). He is regularly invited to festivals such as the Festival de l’anche in Hyères, the Festival d’automne de TPM, the Festival de Toulon. He shares the stage with the violinist Élodie Fargeot-Mauche, the pianist Bertrand Massei, the “Musique des équipages de la Flotte”… He participates in the hospital concert project in the palliative care department of the George Sand Hospital in La Seyne-sur-Mer, a project that is close to his heart and allows him to share his passion with patients and nursing staff.
Frantz Baronti is a PEA piano teacher at the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Conservatory.
