Alissa Zoubritski

Pianist 
Born in Moldavia, Alissa Zoubritski, a multi-talented artist, comes from the French and Slavic schools of piano.
First prize in piano and chamber music at the CNSM in Lyon and Paris, in the classes of Géry Moutier, Claire Désert and Ami Flamer, she received valuable teaching from Rena Shereshevskaya throughout her studies. Other musical personalities whose advice she followed were to be of great importance: Anne Quéfellec, Aldo Ciccolini, Jeff Cohen, etc. She completed her training with a master’s degree in accompaniment at the Guildhall School in London.

Appointed pianist at the Paris Opera workshop in 2011, this is an opportunity for exciting collaborations with renowned opera artists, conductors and stage directors. In parallel, she pursues her solo career and is invited to perform at the festivals of La Roque d’Anthéron, Aix en Provence, Les Folles Journées de Nantes, Festival de Colmar, Piano-Folies du Touquet, Festival Radio-France de Montpellier. Abroad, she has been invited to perform in China, Poland, Germany, Moldavia, Greece, USA…
Her piano recording “Lyrical Transcriptions” on the Paraty label has been acclaimed by the French and foreign press and broadcast by France Musique, BBC London and RTS Switzerland. It brings together works from the great piano repertoire, personal transcriptions and contemporary creations, under the common theme of lyrical transcription.

Passionate about transmission, Alissa Zoubritski teaches piano at the CRR of Rueil-Malmaison and develops various pedagogical projects around the voice-piano duet at the Ecole Normale A. Cortot Teacher Training College, where she was also Rena Shereshevskaya’s assistant for two years.
